Included are two 42 minute audios and a daily 10 minute practice PDF. The audios were created using a special sound frequency that was designed to balance the hemispheres of the brain. When the left and right hemispheres are working together in a state of coherence, you are using your full brain capacity. Binaural beats were not used in creating the background sound.

Earphones are required to obtain the full effects of the background sound frequency. Earbuds do not provide the same effects.
