As an out of body explorer, I would recommend adding this to your nightly routine. It’s 10 minutes in length. This visualization will train your subconscious. The subconscious might be thought of as a door to the real you. Behind that door you have all the experiences of you. As physical humans, in our current lives, we have a big filter that covers the door to your subconscious. That’s the brain. The brain is all new and fresh when you come into your current lifetime. It knows nothing. It learns many filters like dogmas and fear that prevent the door of your subconscious from opening for you in this lifetime.
When people ask me the first steps in learning conscious out of body travel my answer is always the same. “Open the subconscious is the first step, then the rest becomes easier.” Training the subconscious using this 10 minute visualization, will allow your subconscious to understand that you want these experiences. It removes filters.
