Phasing – What Does It Really Mean?
Phasing is allowing your body to become completely relaxed. So relaxed that you know longer feel your body. You are no longer aware of your body at all. Yet your mind is awake. You let your imagination flow and see what is before you. You simply become so relaxed that you unfocus yourself from physical reality and focus on another reality. It sounds simular to Remote Viewing and in many ways they are both very similar.
Phasing is the same thing as an astral projection (a projection of your energy body into the astrals), and an out of body experience (your energy body leaves your body to rest while it explores). It’s all the same thing! The only difference is in the method.
The classic, roll out of your body is taught in most books and it does work for many people. In my opinion it also gives the student a much longer, and more difficult path, to being successful at out of body exploration. These become beliefs to the new student. Beliefs become filters and filters make it very difficult to “see”.
The simple method (or no method, as some would say) of phasing is a very good way to start astral travels.
The very first step to any method is meditation. Meditation will be the very key to your success, no matter which method you use. In meditation you learn much more than just how to quiet the mind. You learn to begin to hear that tiny voice inside you that is your consciousness. It is the real you!
You will find that when you learn to properly meditate, you will understand first hand, the different levels of altered states you find yourself in because you can feel them as you get deeper into a meditative state. Meditation is the very first step to exploring other realities. Your consciousness can leave your body and explore many realities in a meditative state. This is conscious out of body exploration, or phasing.
If you have only an extra 20 minutes per day – meditate! Every single time you meditate you will get deeper into altered states. This is the very best advice on having successful, and conscious, out of body explorations.

I’ve had so many paranormal nuggets happening to me throughout my life. Now that I am an active meditator and live with a quiet mind, I’d been hopeful that perhaps I could experience a true out of body experience at some point. When I do my meditations, believe me, I can go quite deep. So deep I often feel like I’m floating in space. As far as leaving this vehicle to go play in the other realms hasn’t happened. Because I know I will be there when I kick this body to the curb, I’ve stopped thinking about it. As much as I would LOVE LOVE LOVE the experience. If it happens, I will DEFINITELY write a post about it!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
