A Past Life in 1526
I developed a past life regression method and wrote about it here. The following is my first experience using the method to see a past life that is significant to my current lifetime. This method, if followed and used often, will do much more than allow you to see a past life, it will open the conscious part of you, that experiences the material world, so you begin to receive clues and information in your everyday life. Using this method, you have given your subconscious the intent to experience a past life and it will show you that past life in many ways.
The first few times I used this method to experience past lives, I only saw black and flowed through the void. I know that the subconscious needs training. After all, it’s hidden from the brain so I kept with it. I felt excellent just from the feeling of floating and flying and when I finished the Hemi-Sync, I wrote down all that I felt.
In hypnosis training, I learned to get people to open up and “see” with the use of feeling. Feeling is a part of our creative side so I wrote down all of my feelings as I flowed through the void. Writing down every detail is one of the most important parts of subconscious training. You are telling your subconscious that the information it provides is so important that you are writing it down to remember every detail. Pretty soon it opens right up.
My first past life experience
I floated and flew through the relaxing void, then after a few days of this (and writing down every detail), I started to see a clock. It was semi-transparent but very clear. It was white with Roman numerals on the face and the hands were beautifully designed from metal.
It felt like the clock stopped my flow and I knew this was the first sign of a past life. The clock continued to appear on the next regression but this time, it rang out, and suddenly the Hemi-Sync would end just as the clock finished striking the hour.
Doing this type of regression opens up your intuition, and since you have now opened your subconscious to the intention of seeing a past life that has significance in this lifetime, you will see what you might think are coincidences, or even déjà vu, when you see certain shapes, colors, landmarks and/or people in your everyday life. Pay Attention! This is your subconscious giving you clues.
I experienced all these things in time. My subconscious gave me a lifetime to experience, but slowly over a few weeks of daily regression. I felt my consciousness in the regressions as it connected to this other aspect of myself. I felt myself “there” in that lifetime, watching myself live the lifetime.
There were two people that I always saw in the regressions. I felt so drawn to them both. One was a woman and one a man. When I saw myself, I looked different than I appear now. I didn’t at first believe this was indeed, my other aspect. I looked into the eyes of this other aspect of myself and knew without doubt that, it was me. I didn’t know why I was so drawn to these other two people but I knew they were important in my life, then and now.
During the time I had started this method I was seeing a Buddhist Guru that was very intuitive. I went as often as possible to receive his guidance and knowledge. On this visit, I wanted to get some confirmation of what was coming to me. I was fairly sure I knew who I was in that past life but I wanted to get confirmation. I decided I would tell him my first name and that was all.
The Guru told me my last name! It was exactly as I had learned too. Without any information or prompting from me, he told me who the two people are that I was seeing during the regressions. The woman was my sister in that lifetime in 1526. The man was my brother.
The Guru said that in my current lifetime, these two people are still in my life. My sister then, is now my daughter in this lifetime. My brother back then, is now my son. He told me about my father and what he did in his life back then a little more about my family in 1526. He said that I would find myself in public books at the library.
I happened to be at a book store one day when a book screamed out at me to pick it up. I stood there and got quiet and my eyes couldn’t leave its bright green cover as I saw my family name, from my past life regression, emblazoned on it’s cover. I bought the book and went home to read it.
I opened it’s beautifully illustrated cover and found myself completely immersed in the book. Much of it felt familiar but some parts felt wrong. This lifetime took place in 1526 so over that span of time, history was changed. Still, this was real evidence of the past life I had experienced. My Guru had seen this before I found that book!
I found so much history about my past life family. It was incredible to be able to compare interests, looks and habits to myself and my adult children. I understood more about myself and my family. I had always known that we choose our families before we come into any lifetime, but this was real confirmation.
This past lifetime did not all come to me in one regression, but instead, took many regressions. A lot of clues came into the conscious part of me through my daily life, and the regressions allowed me to receive glimpses into scenes in that lifetime in 1526. To be able to confirm the lifetime in history books was incredible!
I have continued to use this deep meditation for many purposes and have seen other lifetimes.
